Basketball is over for both boys! I think Benjamin team ended up with a record of 2-10 and Jacob probably had a record of 10-2.
At one of Jacob's game, there was a man who had a nicer camera that he was learning how to use. He took some pictures of Jacob and then emailed them to me. Nice to have some shots of him with a camera that could slow down the action enough in a dark space.
I always love the hair shots....
These were some pictures that I took at a different game. You can see the difference in camera lenses...mine have blurry edges and not at sharp. (They say it is always a good thing when you realize what your camera can't do...your growing as a photographer)
Look who was at that last game (my sister and niece)
Jacob recently did a one hour clinic with the former collegiate basketball coach. Wow, was I impressed. It was neat to see Jacob struggle with drills (he had become very comfortable in his basketball circles). They worked a ton on ball handling and as I look back over all these pictures, I don't think there is one picture where he is looking at the ball, that is the way it should be!
Benjamin is preparing for his drama performance, which will be in about a week. I was telling him today that he should look into debate. He would be such a strong debater.
We have had a few days in the 50s already. A lot of the snow at the house is melting and it is very muddy! Hard to take Bree out running when I know she will get the car all muddy. This Friday starts an international Crossfit competition being held at clubs around the world. It is just a fun way to all do the same workouts and see how you compare to other people in your age bracket. Not expecting much, but should be fun! Things should be pretty quiet for us in the extra curricular department until football starts up in late April! Looking forward to less miles driven!
